MinDigital and SURGe launched the re-engineered service ID-14

ID-14 is an administrative service that allows teenagers from the age of 14 to receive both the passport and tax ID number simultaneously, instead of multiple visits to GoU bodies.
The ID-14 development was inspired by the study mission to Toronto funded by the Government of Canada under the EDGE Project. During the study mission, Ukrainian experts learned about the best practices of merging multiple services into one, and decided to implement this approach in Ukraine.
The team working on administrative services reform under the EDGE and SURGe projects re-designed the process of service delivery in Ukraine based on the Government of Canada practices, developed changes to the legislation, and created the necessary information exchange between relevant state registers. Now Ukrainians can receive multiple services bundled into one: such as yeMalyatko and ID-14.
